- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- Goods purchased & delivered with the same description stated on our store, will not be returned or replaced
- In case of damage on arrival or product doesn't match with the description online where you have placed your order, customer have the rights to reject the package
- If product delivered and used and then an issue accrued while using it, our limited warranty will entitle you to send back the product to our service center:
- Our service Centre will check the product in 48 hours and report the problem and solution to you
- If the issue is repairable, Linkarta will cover the repair charges and customer will not be charged (during the warranty period) as long as the problem wasn't caused by miss-usage
- If the issue is not repairable, Linkarta.ae warranty will cover the replacement of the product for free (during the warranty period)
- Product's technical issues caused by miss using the product by the customer such as: dropping, exposing to liquid or extensive heat, opening the inner parts or similar behavior will void the vendor warranty and accordingly Linkarta warranty
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
All products on Linkarta store are brand new from popular vendors and our warranty will follow the vendor (maker) warranty. Linkarta store will forward the same warranty of vendor directly to you.
